“James is a super nice guy who explains in great detail exactly what the issue was, and how it has been repaired. I was even told by other "auto electric" shops that I should take my car to Certified, which I did. The absolute only bad thing I can possibly say about Certified Auto is that they are SO BUSY (with good reason) that you may be looking at 6-8 weeks to get an open appointment. I suggest just dropping your car off (if possible), and wait for their call. That's what I did.”

“After having a couple of local unlicensed roof repair companies patch 3 leaks in my 17-year-old tile roof and still having leaks, I called America’s Best Roofing in Tucson. I did my research and after reading a few reviews and seeing their commercial on TV and talking with the estimator. I also like the fact they were a licensed family business and veteran owned. Being down in Rio Rico a lot of construction companies don’t want to take the time or effort to serve our small community. Jesus arrived for the estimate on time, a good start. He asked a few questions and then spent about an hour up on the roof completely investigating the previous repairs and current leaks. Within a few days, an estimate was sent, and we discussed my options. Being the house was older, the underlayment had cracked under the Arizona weather. He checked the tiles and said that a Lift and Lay process would stop all the leaks. This is where they remove the tiles, replace the waterproof material underneath, reseal everything and then replace the tiles. Being retired on a fixed income, we had to wait a few months before having the work done. When we finally saved enough money, the cost of materials had skyrocketed over the summer. I called Jesus and he talked to Sergio (the owner) and they discounted the material to almost the previous estimate. Amazing. The schedule was set, and the crew arrived on time, ready to work. It was the monsoon season, and they were very careful not to leave any part of the roof exposed. The foreman on the crew was Sergio senior who has a vast knowledge of construction. They crew finished the whole roof in 4 days. Sergio drove all the way down from Tucson to make sure I understood what work was done and checked I had no issues. He is very busy but took the time to follow up. The test came the following weekend where we got over an inch of rain in a matter of hours. No leaks. The worksite was left cleaner than when they started, I am so impressed with their workmanship, I have asked them to build a RV patio for my motorhome. I don’t normally write any reviews, but I feel that anyone who is looking for a reputable company should consider America’s Best. From the office staff to the owner and the crew, they are truly the best. Respectfully Chris Ezell”

“Carlos is a great mechanic along with his team. My brother and i have known him before he opened the shop. He has always kept his word and fixed every car i’ve brought in. Long story short, i was having trouble with a radiator fan not turning on, took it to a shop on miracle mile for a diagnostic, was told it was the engine computer and would cost $500 to fix. Took it to Carlos and right away he found the problem which was a relay that only costs $20 at autozone. Very trustworthy and will not rip you off like other shops. They are honest and caring with their customers. 100% recommended.”
