The location in Google Maps is a parking lot in Rita Ranch, but there's a gas station, grocery store, and auto parts store right there... And I bet Rick could meet your vehicle there if you're in a bind.”

The staff is always super fun and easy to talk to. They do a great job with training their employees to talk to guests. I always feel great getting my coffee here. The drinks are always pretty consistent too, whereas Starbucks is a hit or miss.”

“I used to take my dog here all the time when we first adopted her but my mother recommended another vet and said the prices were so good so I tried to go to the other vet for a few visits, but I decided to come back here! Everyone has their preferences but I love all the doctors here and I feel that they take such good care of my little girl. They are more patient with her and really kind. The rooms and facility is also really nice and not noisy, cramped, etc like others vets. Also personally I've found the prices to be very good, about the same as any other vet and they do a wonderful yearly exam with shots, bloodwork, etc all included for a great price. I will continue to go here! Thank you :)”

“I've been using this OfficeMax location, regularly, for the last 14 months. In this time, employees have come and gone, procedures have changed, and the level of service has changed accordingly - some good, some not so good. COVID-19 aside, this location has remained fairly consistent, which is a positive. I almost exclusively use this OfficeMax for their Print Services, uploading documents and stopping by later the same day to pick them up. So far, I've experienced no issues other than occasional extended in-store wait times. I have to admit to not being a fan of their check-in kiosk, which seems to have been sidelined during this pandemic (you can't see it, but I'm smiling). Checking in on the App can be kind of redundant too, but that's not the end of the world. One thing I would like to see is friendlier employees. They're pressed for time and trying to stay on top of their work, but it would be nice if they relaxed a bit and smiled more. That's not a deal-breaker, just a "wish-list" item.”

Establishing a personal relationship means that he knows my oral health better than me, and it is a collaborative experience when planning certain procedures. “I recently moved to Arizona, and my car started dumping radiator fluid a couple days ago. Not knowing a soul here to ask for a mechanic recommendation, I searched for somewhere local, and I noticed that this place had an insane amount of five-star reviews (pretty rare for a car repair shop!!!) so I dropped my car off in the middle of the night. They have a secure key drop. The very next morning, I received a phone call from Bill; he was super kind and upfront. He promised my car to be repaired by the following afternoon. Later that evening, Bill called again to inform me that they got it done early. Such awesome news when you're without a vehicle! I got down there and he was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what had happened, how they repaired it, and the estimate I had gotten earlier that day was exactly the cost. I had a really great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer, as well as recommend this place to everyone.”

“We had an awesome experience with Sammy Saul. It was Memorial weekend and we purposely wanted to go walk around car lots on a day when it was closed to see what truck we wanted. We were very lucky to have seen Sammy working that Sunday and she listened to our needs and showed us a truck that had recently arrived that week. Her excellent customer service provided to us, was awesome. She didn't push us or rush us into making any decision right then and there. She was the most pleasant person to deal with. We went home that night and discussed the options we were provided. So, on Memorial Day we decided to go up and purchase our Chevrolet Silverado that my husband fell in love with.
