  This Barbershop is probably the best in Tucson. Amazing service, Amazing people, and Amazing atmosphere!!! This place isn’t 5/5 stars it’s 6/5. I hate when people complain about prices. You get what you pay for.... Amazing services. This is my favorite barbershop. Thanks Brian especially.

  Website is very clear and easy to understand to book appointment. Prices are reasonable, barbers are very good and personable. Experienced barbers and calm environment. Worth the drive and money. Good experience, best barber shop in Tucson

  Years ago I started taking my son to Joaquin for his haircuts and when Gentleman Jacks opened we continued to bring my son here. This shop in Vail is absolutely one of the best, catered to men. Everything from getting to see sports and action movies on the screens, to a mix of music that plays in the shop, to being an all male shop, even with the offer of water or whiskey, this has become a prime destination, not only in Vail, but Tucson and surrounding areas as well. Yesterday I brought my son to see Joaquin for his hair cut and casually asked him if he would maybe be willing to do a short fade for me. Mind you I'm female. He looked and said that he would absolutely do it, and would I mind coming in the next morning. I love having short hair, and even in salons I have a hard time finding someone who can nail a good short female cut. I've always gone to barbers because they understand when I want short, I mean short. Not lets give you a pixie cut and be done with it. I found a style I wanted, talked it over with Joaquin this morning and he went to work. Let me tell you, not only coming to the shop for my son and absolutely loving the staff and the welcoming atmosphere, I feel comfortable with the staff. The guys each are just down to Earth, absolutely professional and will listen. Joaquin tackled a cut I've been wanting to try and never had the balls so to speak to ask someone to do. Having had my hair chopped on so many occasions and really really wanting this one, HE NAILED IT!!!!! Oh my God I love it. It is hard to find a good barber like I could find when I was younger and Gentleman Jacks has that in a way old time feel. Where the barbers listen to you, ask you questions, look at something and make recommendations. Joaquin worked with my cut so that the fade didn't go down to skin but stayed tight and close. Being a female and having the opportunity to have an awesome man not only nail the cut, but listen when I said I wanted it short really pulled out all the stops. I asked Joaquin if he would continue to cut my hair since I seem to have found a barber who gets me and he said if you wanna keep it short, I'm the guy to make sure that happens. So starting with Joaquin for my son, then having him cut my hair was absolutely totally worth it on so many levels. The guys that all work there are in synch with each other and how the shop runs. They work well together, help each other out, and most of all are a family of their own, and they treat every person that walks through those doors as if they belong to this family. Joaquin and his staff have worked so hard to make this such an inviting place on so many levels, that the men have a great place to go that I guarantee you can't go wrong with anyone there. Joaquin and staff thank you so much for allowing this mom, friend, chick be welcome enough to try something different.

  Joaquin is the best of the best, on time, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. I took my nephew who is 18yo, who had been going to the same barber for over 10 years. Immediately after his hair cut, he was sold and said he has found his new barber. Joaquin cutting his hair for the first time made sure he new exactly what he wanted and took his time to perfect his craft.
  I highly recommend him, consistent work and creates a relaxed atmosphere with good conversation.

  I was very impressed with not only the cleanliness of this barber lounge but also the ambiance as well. All of the staff were all very professional friendly and helpful, My appointment was made with ease and my son was sat and hair was cut as soon as we arrived. The Haircut itself was exactly what my son was looking for and he has not yet stopped talking about how cool his barber Joaquin was. I will definitely be taking my son again and highly recommend
