Unlike regular Dr's offices I never worry if phone calls will be returned, never worry if he will get a message I've left, if I need help because some other element in our health care system breaks down I know they will respond in a timely manner. The last three years of my wife's life she lived in constant pain. We discovered we couldn't trust Dr's offices, hospitals, testing facilities, pharmacists, nurses, that Drs would appointments would be remotely on time, Drs had time to answer important questions. It is such a relief to be able to rely upon Dr Ramirez and his office! Appointments are on time.”
