I used to go to a Music and Arts in Maryland (no idea it was the same place) and I can say that their customer service is above and beyond across the country! I took a bass with a broken bridge to a certain big box retailer and all they could do is stand there with a shocked look and say they couldn't do anything for me. I went to Music and Arts (should've gone there 1st) and was treated like I was the only customer in the store. They have been in touch with me to inform of any updates, and are friendly and knowledgeable. Great store!”

“My 97 F-250 7.3 was having issues starting for about a week. It got so bad I had to jump start it after work and I immediately headed to integrity automotive & diesel. They wanted to charge me $160 just to diagnose the issue and couldn’t even look at it till two days later. Needless to say I left and headed to o’rielly on Silverbell just south of grant. I walked in and John the manager very professionally greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I would like to have my electrical system tested. He jumped at the opportunity and diagnosed my issue promptly. Bad alternator. John didn’t have one at his store but he was able to put one on hold for me at another store. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be returning for all my auto parts needs. John is very knowledgeable and helped me save quite a bit of money servicing my truck.”
