“No one has been able to get a haircut in months (covid19). I walked in this salon today and it was clean ,organized, and very busy. When I asked when I could get a hair cut, they said they were very busy and to please make an appointment. The manager could see my frustration. She stopped everything she was doing, looked up at me and said, I will not go home until your hair gets cut, I promise. And she didn't. My hair looks amazing.
