“I am giving Intermountain 4 stars because most of our services here have been a great help for my son. There was only one bad experience with one of their high risk counselors but that got resolved by receiving a better counselor. I have read the negative reviews and it sounds like either they're lies or the parents are disturbed and taking it out on Intermountain. We have been receiving services for over a year now and most of our experience has been positive and the staff are all mostly very caring.”

“Seeing Dr. Pac has been life changing!!! I spent over 10 years seeing many doctors for mysterious pain in my neck that radiated into my right arm, that was always diagnosed as "whiplash". After 1 visit with Dr.Pac and telling him about my symptoms and the discovery of my bilateral cervical ribs, he had me diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome and I was in for surgery within a month to get it fixed. I now have mobility and feeling back in my right arm that I haven't had in a decade. I would recommend all my friends and family to him. Thank God for doctors like him that still listen to patient concerns and needs. “I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit at Sonoran ENT, Oro valley. I was a new patient and appointment times with other ENT facilities were booked out 3 months. I called Sonoran and was able to get an appointment in 2 days! I had a severe water blockage in one ear. The office had all my insurance information ready when I arrived and even told me what was left on my deductible. The NP was very nice. she did an examination and determined I needed a thorough cleaning as I have narrow ear channels. After about 20 minutes I could feel the difference in my hearing. I was prepared for a long drawn out process to get my ears looked at but they were able to resolve my issue in just 2 days. Facility is very clean and the front desk personnel are nice.”
