“I am a breast cancer survivor and I completely recommend Dr. Kelly Favre!!!! I was diagnosed with breast cancer after a lengthy battle with the medical system, and some so called medical professionals in Sierra Vista. When my diagnosis was confirmed I began looking for a surgeon. the positive reviews I read about Dr. Kelly Favre inspired me to request her professionalism and expertise in my unusual case. In 2007 I was diagnosed with DCIS of the left breast, and In 2017 diagnosed with LCIS of the same breast - Dr. Favre researched my case and on my first visit we discussed my diagnosis and options, with a recommendation for genetic testing (I have three daughters, brothers, nieces, and nephews)! Dr. Favre notified me immediately of the genetic test results confirming my decision to have a double mastectomy. Dr. Favre recommended a wonderful plastic surgeon, Dr. Rao. On 5 July 2017 Dr. Favre operated on me, removing all breast tissue and testing my lymph nodes for possible cancer, and Dr. Rao began the reconstruction process. Dr. Favre's professionalism and compassionate presence continue as I see her for follow-up appointments. My double mastectomy is a complete success and I can confidently say that Dr. Favre and her team of professionals contribute to my continued overall good health! Thank you!!”

“I don’t even know where to begin in praising this place. The staff was just so caring and wonderful! They truly love their hobs and care for the people in the home! Every staff member is an angel that is just walking the earth. Debra and Dani are especially wonderful but they all are amazing! We made the hard decision to place my grandma in an assisted living home and chose San Nicolas and can not recommend it enough. I have never experienced such care as these ladies took in helping my grandma who not only was recovering from a broken femur but also Alzheimers (needless to say she was no easy resident). My mom had the hardest time making this decision to put my grandma in an assisted living and worried constantly about her when we decided we couldn’t care for home at home anymore. I watched as the stress relieved and she found she could trust this home and these amazing employees with the most important person in our lives! I only wish my grandma could have has the chance to experience all the amenities and fun this home offers before passing away! Even on the day of my grandma’s passing and the days after the staff at San Nicolas were the biggest blessings and support when my family and I needed it most! Thank you to this amazing home!”

“I love this place!! I am an older person (59), have a bit of weight to lose (70 pounds) and have had both knees replaced. Everyone is so welcoming and the trainers are wonderful and keep an eye on me so they can modify the exercises - I don't even have to ask they are so watchful - and they always provide encouragement! The energy is very motivating and so are the other folks who attend. They partner you up (and frequently I'm partnered with my daughter) and all my teammates have been so sweet and encouraging. If you are an older person who is just starting off - don't hesitate to join F45. Seriously, just give it a try...I say this will all honesty, I never liked working out, but the energy, support, camaraderie, and quick workout - I actually look forward to going now - and I feel so accomplished when I'm done! Plus they give you these fabulous cold damp eucalyptus at the end - that alone is worth it!!”

“I was happy to be recommended to Dr. Johnson by a close friend. I was going overseas and needed to walk. I had already gone to another "Ortho" doctor for my torn meniscus. But she sent me for PT and then agreed to give me a cortisone shot. But she gave me the shot in the opposite area of where the torn meniscus was. It wasn't getting better so I contacted Dr. Johnson in desperation. His staff was extremely pleasant and professional.They did everything to get me into see him before my trip so he can do his consult and then treat me if needed. Dr. Johnson saved the day. I was able to walk with no issues for my trip. He is a great doctor and a pleasant person. He treats you with respect and also makes sure he treats the issue at hand with BEST results. He gave me a cortisone shot in the ACTUAL AREA OF PAIN. It worked within 1 week so I was great by the time I got to Europe. I would highly recommend him.”
