“SMS has been so great! I rented a container that was delivered yesterday and had a small issue with bees in the bottom of the container. When I emailed Alicia with my concern, she replied quickly and had the manager, Carlos, in Tucson call me. He called me first thing this morning and offered a very reasonable solution and was willing to complete the exchange today. Luckily, the bees went away by today at some point and the extra measures weren’t needed but the fact that they quickly replied, they were kind and super efficient makes it all worth it. I highly suggest doing business with them and am happy to have chosen them as our storage company. The whole process of renting the container was smooth and easy. Alicia has been able to answer all my (many) questions and is always quick to respond. So far, so good! As for the “patched up old clunker”- it is a storage shed... they are not going to be super pretty. It serves it’s purpose and they are obviously going to be used, especially if you are renting. The containers are not a disaster, it just looks like it’s used. They still look nice on the outside and the inside is used but reasonable.”

Cheap renters insurance vs other places(they all require this) Great price. was pleasantly surprised that they’re 5 x 5 (The smallest one they have) it’s actually really large and like 8 to 9 feet tall inside. I put what I thought was a lot of stuff in there and I still had a lot of room to put more. you can’t beat it for the price when other places like uhual want to charge like 50 bucks a month for a tiny locker thing”

“Dr Thompson is very caring and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. In August 2019, he was my surgeon to release a painful trigger finger on my dominant hand which left me unable to cut much more than a mushroom. He also surgically released the ulnar nerves on both elbows. My hand is fully functional again and my hands no longer fall asleep at night or when I am gripping something. And I CAN grip things, and pursue all activities. My husband liked him so much that he is planning to have him do his shoulder surgery. I have several friends who were very happy with his work as well. And his staff are all very warm, kind and professional.”
