I used to go to a Music and Arts in Maryland (no idea it was the same place) and I can say that their customer service is above and beyond across the country! I took a bass with a broken bridge to a certain big box retailer and all they could do is stand there with a shocked look and say they couldn't do anything for me. I went to Music and Arts (should've gone there 1st) and was treated like I was the only customer in the store. “Played QC for the first time this season, and was extremely disappointed in the conditions of the greens. On a scale of 1-5, 5 being great, I'd rate them a 1.5. LOTS of damage that was apparently caused by Javelinas. At least, that's what I was told when I inquired about the conditions after we played today. I suggested that players be told about the greens conditions before paying, or when they make a reservation, to which I received no response. Can't understand how QC can justify charging full price given the conditions of the greens. And to add insult to injury, there was no mention of having to play a temporary green on the Roadrunner course. Unlike last year, today's was a VERY disappointing experience. UPDATE: After bringing our concerns to the attention of Joel Jaress, the head professional at Quail Creek, we were very pleased that he provided a quick and complete resolution to our situation. He phoned me immediately the next morning, expressed his sincere apologies, and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction. Kudos to Joel and his staff! We truly appreciated it, and hope they are able to rectify the situation with their greens as soon as possible. The three Quail Creek courses are very good tracks, and we wish them the best of luck in healing the greens.”

“A beautiful and bountiful selection of jewelry and unique gift items. Most everything in this great shop is at a manageable price point. They also take in jewelry for repair and rings for sizing. Another plus is that they have a nice selection of unusual greeting cards. Staff is friendly and helpful but not pushy. On their website there is an apparently old photo of the front door with the store hours printed on it, they open at 11 NOT 10. This is an annoying mistake I’ve made twice.”
