They wanted to charge me $160 just to diagnose the issue and couldn’t even look at it till two days later. Needless to say I left and headed to o’rielly on Silverbell just south of grant. I walked in and John the manager very professionally greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I would like to have my electrical system tested. He jumped at the opportunity and diagnosed my issue promptly. Bad alternator. John didn’t have one at his store but he was able to put one on hold for me at another store. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be returning for all my auto parts needs. John is very knowledgeable and helped me save quite a bit of money servicing my truck.”
