“We had a shower that was not draining that turned into a back up of the whole house sewer line. Samuel called and said he was 30 minutes out about an hour before the latest estimated time and got to the house on time. He was polite and after introducing himself and asking for details about the issue got right to work. Did a great job, put everything back in place and tested the drain flow for about 15 minutes to make sure it was completely fixed. Thank you guys.”
