She has a positive attitude and is quick and prompt to respond to any need or question. Angie is always welcoming when approached and makes herself accessible in and outside of the office. Also, it is very much appreciated that Angie looks and dresses professionally. She even goes out of her way and takes steps beyond her job to take care of a resident which is thoughtful and kind.
