(July 11, 2023, 12:58 pm)I want to thank and recognize Sylvia at the Chic-fil-A in Florence, AZ at the store right off the freeway. My lemonade got a while in the bottom and filled my cup holders full of lemonade and got all over. Not only did she help me clean it up and make sure I was good to go, but she also made sure I had a new lemonade. It was much appreciated since I had been on the road for 7 hours and was on my third day of driving. I just want to recognize her good service and concern. The woman taking my order was also very cheerful and pleasant. I wish I knew her name. I was tired and appreciated good service.
