  The staff who signed me up were courteous and friendly. My first workout the next day was awesome 😎 This guy Joe was so kind and energetic…and really provided the best customer service experience I’ve had in 20 years. This is the friendliest gym anywhere

  The workers were friendly the facility was very clean the equipment is very up to date & the hydro massage is next level! You can listen to music, play a game, read a book or look into planning a vacation with travel guides to several destinations plus more I didn't get into and the massage is 10 minutes so a decent time to melt away the stress be it physical or mental. Great 2nd time experience 1st was a tour with my family. Also I absolutely love the kids free Summer passes even though I've been told it gets stupid busy...good for PFit to care about our children!!

  I've been a member for 2+ years. Very good customer service by front desk personnel. Newer bikes and treadmills are very nice. Locker Room is functional, and the shower facilities are adequate for the number of members. A few machines can occasionally be out of service for several days, waiting for maintenance, but overall the equipment is in good working order.
