They’re doing the best with what they have. Under staffed
Deb, who is a social worker, has been such an amazing person to work with. What a great therapist she is one of the good ones who really truly cares.
I was very impressed with the Casa Grande VA Clinic and I give it a 5 star review. Clean and well managed were my first impressions followed by experiencing a friendly, knowageable and a profession staff.
Dr Awald and Melanie LPN, who I met on my first visit, impressed me greatly. I felt at ease and was delighted at all the staff's ability to answer my questions, listen to my comments and and their ability to answer and converse so I understood. It is always difficult to go to a new VA Clinic or hospital. But this time I was made to feel welcome and cared for.
