From day one Miss Jenny showed me simple techniques and exercises which remove the pain and straightened my over spine. Now I do these anywhere, anytime I feel my body becoming "sway backed" and at onset of pain. This Spring I was again referred because of chronic balance issues. I was again thoroughly assessed and given a group of exercises which strengthen my legs, ankles and feet but simultaneously train my brain, eyes, and ears to cooperate with my body movements. The expertise and understanding Vitality's staff has of the human body is phenomenal and I trust them completely. I am so thankful for having them in my life as I age.
