Called to have termite issue resolved. Rather than just charging me over $500 to take care of the termite issue, he questioned about the possibility of a termite warranty as the house is only 2 years old. He helped me and we found the name of the company who serviced the home and it is under warranty. He saved me over $500. In addition to that, he is extremely professional and courteous. I decided to sign up for monthly pest control and the staff was very helpful, efficient and courteous. I strongly recommend him.

Ernie arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional throughout the process. He explained what sprays and other means of treatment he was using. I live in Gilbert, AZ or scorpion central, with summer temperatures I saw a major increase in scorpions inside and outside of my home. I even had one that was attempting to crawl up my shirt while I was sitting on the couch. After he sprayed and treated my house the only scorpions I have seen are dead scorpions! I no longer have to be weary of watching a movie or stepping on a poisonous insect. Thanks for keeping me and my family safe!
