Reflections Counseling

Ray's counseling has changed my life for the better. My relationships are easier and more loving. He broke through my defenses and found the scared child. The healing in my life is profound. To be able to trust a counselor is so important. Ray provided a safe place where healing could start. He challenged me at times and other times was patient. Ray is a great counselor. He has a reflective, sometimes even non-verbal way of helping a patient hear his message. A great person to have in your corner during tumultuous times or times of need.

A lot of people don't want to recommend a counselor because they don't want to admit going to one. Ray Shields is a fantastic counselor and has gotten me through some rough patches in my life and my quality of life is better for having gone to him.
