  Yesterday was a good visit. The staff got me in the same day for an appt. It was an urgent reason to be seen. The Doctor (Dr. Scott) was kind, professional and very helpful like always. He understood the importance of the visit to were the desk staff was doing their job scheduling and keeping a calm environment around them . The lady that took my call went above and beyond to get me the same day appt. At times it's hard to get right away. Where the wait time for an appt 2 - 3 weeks out. That's when I get frustrated. The facility was clean and they do make sure everyone is wearing a mask for Covid reasons. The Doctors and staff there work very hard, because they are always busy and trying to get scheduled and take care of patients that are sick. So good job everyone at Sunlife in Maricopa AZ. Keep up the great work!

  From the receptionist to the medical assistants all the way to the doctor was an easy, helpful, and educational experience. They assist you with everything and I mean everything. I’m hard of hearing and something as simple as speaking louder was passed down to the next person to see. They are very thorough, but what I appreciated most is they listened. They asked my daughter the questions and if she didn’t know anything within the family history, then they asked me. I also appreciated the fact they lowered their voices to ask my daughter the tough questions sitting next to dad, not knowing I read lips, in order to keep it private and to not make her feel awkward. They didn’t know my daughter and I have a great relationship and can and do talk about everything. I really respect their professionalism.

  Front office staff are kind, patient and professional by phone, and in person. My primary care physician Dr. Scott Thomas and his assistant Vanessa are also kind, patient and professional. Hubby and I had back-to-back appointments; we were seen in a timely manner, and I completed my lab work on the same day, and I received my lab results the very next day! Thank you Sun Life team members!

  Ladies at the front desk are very polite and understanding. They get patients checked in quickly and are efficient. They make the doctor visit less stressful. Only thing I would recommend is that they could inform patients how long the wait will be. I had to wait a little long before getting my vitals checked and then even longer before seeing the doctor.

  It’s a really great place. Unfortunately, my original appointment had been canceled. However, they plugged me back in asap so that I wouldn’t have to wait another month for an opening. The people at the front desk were so kind and my doctor was absolutely amazing providing and explaining everything to me so I could understand. Great doctors office!
