  We’ve been with Rita since 2016. I’ve decided to write this review today because her services are simply outstanding. We have a house in Maricopa, but live in Tucson. We had to travel to the property once or twice for renovation. Anything else to do with the property management was simply great. She deals with our warranty , gardeners, tenants. This woman does not sleep-:) thank you Rita for being so outstanding over these years. I find it hard to believe you could complain about her performance. If your expectations are rational and reasonable she will not fail you whether when AC goes down or roof is leaking in your property. Having good house warranty and encouraging renters warranty makes everyone’s life easier and less stressful. Thanks Rita.

  Rita Weiss is the owner and operator of Desert Canyon Properties. I have tried other professional rental property management companies but had issues arise with communication and follow-though.
  
  Not with Rita Weiss! Rita is hands-on, responds immediately, proactive and takes care of issues as soon as they arise. On top of this, Rita and Desert Canyon is by far the best priced rental management company around.
  
  We have had issues with renters that need appliance repairs, appliance replacements, tree removal and many other concerns. Rita has teams of people that do all these jobs are far better prices than I could find. I often did try to find better prices but could not. Her teams always did excellent work as well, solving each tenant issue permanently.
  
  Because of Desert Canyon's personalized, friendly approach I was able to be a very hands-off landlord. Even when renters chose to leave the premises, Rita was able to locate a new, qualified renter in a short amount of time.
  
  On top of rental management, Rita is a licensed realtor and highly qualified. She knows everything about the market in the Maricopa City area and assisted me professionally in other property deals. I highly, highly recommend her.
  
  I have also dealt with her daughter, Randi, handling the East Valley area. She is equally has professional, helpful and knowledgable.
  
  There is no better choice than Desert Canyon.

  Teri has been managing my properties in Maricopa for about 5 years now. She is responsive, does a great job of looking after the places and finding and screening applicants. I very much recommend her.

  We have been working with Teri Parks at Desert Canyon Properties for 9 years and have been very happy with her management of our rental properties. Teri takes care of everything in a timely manner. She keeps the properties well maintained and delivers our rental income within the first few days of each month. Teri is always pleasant and honest. She addresses matters head on, no beating around the bush. We have enjoyed our relationship with Teri and this company!
