I’ve trained bjj up in Washington for awhile then moved down to Maricopa, in that time I met Nick (owner) at the gym in Washington I used to train with then Anthony (owner) when I came down here. These 2 guys are great, we spend a lot of time learning techniques longer than just a week until everyone feels comfortable enough that they fully grasp the move then other positions from that move you could advance into. To sum it together they have a very professional gym with much respect between everyone that trains and new friendship that have been made.”

“My partner went in two weeks ago to get his hair cut and I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, only one person was working and (I didn't get her name but she has a lot of tattoos, and cool Dahlia piercings I think?) she was VERY thorough, and managed to work within the time she had without making people wait really long even though she was the only one there! And she did a phenomenal job waxing my eyebrows, so I'll probably be coming here from now on for waxing instead of the nail salons in town.”
