Fantastic service, I got right in with an appointment to have my oil changed they also rotated the tires for me and offered to wash the car. They were friendly and courteous offering drinks and a snack. The pricing is competitive and I always prefer a dealership to any other place to get the oil done for the simple fact that they generally specialize in specific make of the car your drive which is a 2020 Dodge Challenger that I treat like a child! I would definitely recommend this dealership over any others I have had the experience of dealing with in the Maricopa County area as the Gilbert dodge and Mesa Dodge dealerships receptionist were less than friendly. This dealership has top notch employees and they treat you like family! Overall if I could give a ten star rating I would. Be prepared for a bit of a wait because they are jamming with business but the friendly and courteous staff made the wait go quickly!

Great service, my only complaint is the wait time. When I called to schedule an oil change/tire rotation, the receptionist said they had any time available. That lead me to believe I would be in and out fairly quickly. I even scheduled late morning figuring that would give time for all the early birds to clear out. I still waited over 2 hours for a usually quick service. Luckily, I had no where urgent to be and it was a beautiful day to sit outside and “pick out” my next Jeep. My service adviser, Kyle was great too! He was always smiling, kept me updated, and apologized for the wait. All in all, it was a good first experience at my new “home” dealership! Side note (I know fellow “non-maskers” will appreciate this): My favorite part of the whole experience was not getting mask shamed! Thank you, Rodeo for allowing freedom of choice and making all your customers feel welcome! I’ll be back! :)

I have purchased a dozen or more vehicles over the years, with varying degrees of satisfaction. My experience with Rodeo Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge, Ram, Queen Creek, this past Saturday was by the far the best and most satisfying. The sales staff (Justin D), Frankie (Manager) & Rafael (Finance) were all top notch. Honest, straightforward, no games. Got a Great Ram 1500 Truck for a fair price. Would recommend them in a heartbeat! Go see Rodeo, no need to see the other guys.

Easy booking of appointment, Dustin was a pleasure to work with. No hassle drop off only took 7 minutes to process. Had all information about service appoint request. Followed up with me in just a short time on progress and explained maintenance that needed to be performed. Drip off was at 9 AM and completed at 230 PM. Car was washed and ready to go at pickup. Excellent customer service.

Purchased a Gladiator (my third Jeep) new here just over a year ago. I got a fair deal with no pushy up-sale pressure. Then we moved out of the area and now have two other Jeep dealers closer to choose from but have continued to go back to Rodeo where the service is honest and quick. 15,000+ miles on the Jeep to date. Very happy with the car and the service.
