I am giving a HUGE shout out to Rudy and William at the O’Reilly’s Ironwood location. I ordered two pieces that needed to be attached to the trunk of my car in order to keep the door from slamming back down every time I opened it. I picked up my order and asked for directions on how to remove the old pieces and replace them with the new ones. Both William and Rudy immediately came outside and did that for me. They treated me like a queen! Hey, that’s what kings do! Thank you both for being such gentlemen. I had one heck of a stressful week and you both made it so much better for me. Love this place. Used to go all the time before I moved to mesa. Austin is great, known him a while now. Not sure if Joe is still the manager but he was always helpful as well. Price match guarantee as well so you won't find better prices locally. They will even sometimes price match online products or give you a deal if found cheaper. They have more parts for more cars in my experience as well.
Wife said her car had trouble starting and was acting weird while driving enough to make the check engine light come on. When I got home from work I did some minor trouble shooting and instantly knew the batter was a major factor. Nicolas helped me out start to finish, cleared the buildup and replaced the connectors with new ones while swapping out the battery. Easily a couple hundred dollar job had I brought it to a shop. You don’t find quality workers like Nicolas anymore, would rate higher if I could. Thanks for the help man! The check engine light did go off after a few miles like we figured.
Best Experience Iv had in the last 2 years at a Buisness!! William at the OReilly’s on Ironwood was the BEST! He was born in 1965 same year as my dad so he’s a good #1 So down to earth easy going nice guy!!!! I came in because my head lights were out it was late like 20 min till close. He waisted no time asked me the year of my vehicle, I couldn’t remember he said let walk out and take a look then asked me to pop the hood pulled the light bulb to ensure it was the correct one and even made a recommendation on a product I needed. He even changed the lights out for me as a women in need… you have no idea how much that meant to me!!! If I could give this guy a 10 stars I would he just went the extra extra mile even wrapped up the remaining product up for me that was recommended. Definitely coming back for all my auto needs!Thank You!!!!
I had the great opportunity to meet Rob and Chandler. My wife drove in at 9:30 with what was thought to be either a battery or alternator problem. After examining the battery/charging system, and after consulting with Rob, Chandler was able to quickly diagnose the most likely problem, the battery. He explained his reasoning and helped my wife to understand the situation. He was pleasant and smiling while installing the battery, Rob was keeping a watchful eye and giving suggestions when appropriate to help Chandler. Both Rob and Chandler are a credit to your store and deserve any recognition available. Pleasant, helpful, and professional during the whole visit. I will be using this store again. Great job Chandler and Rob.
