    Went in to make a transaction. We were helped right away. The lady who helped us was knowledgeable and helped explain different fee schedules associated with a Desert Financial account.

    Just went to an in store branch out in Queen Creek area to replace a lost card. Ethan helped me out, and took great care of me! We talked like we were old friends, and it was really refreshing to feel so at ease during "these uncertain times," as they say. Great experience, the guy deserves a raise.

    I have been with Desert Financial for over 14 years and I always receive quality customer service in all branches I recently moved to San Tan Valley and now use this branch for all my banking needs and I must say that I'm very happy with the customer service I receive from Ethan he is amazing 😊 thank you for your 100% customer service

    The staff is very friendly. They either have an answer or find it. Lexi feels like an old friend.Reminds me of how Banks used to be.
