(December 2, 2020, 3:10 pm)I found this company through my Home Warranty company. Appt was scheduled quickly and technician arrived Promptly. Was fast and efficient. Ordered part for repair and returned quickly to finish the job. Unfortunately, we still had a small issue but again the technician returned quickly to resolve the issue. The reason for my review is that the Technician admitted he hadn’t secured a tube well enough the first time. I absolutely give this company a 5 star review for hiring technicians with good character! I appreciate the willingness to accept responsibility. Thank you Richard for being fast, efficient, and honest.
