Fit Body Boot Camp

Fit Body Boot Camp has made it their mission to Inspire Fitness and Change Lives for all adult age levels. I am thrilled to be part of what they are doing.

All of the coaches are great! They are friendly and motivating while encouraging perfect form and posture. The environment is non-judgmental and makes you feel pumped up!

I joined the challenge NYNY and WOW.... it’s been amazing. The staff makes the work out so much fun and they keep encouraging you through out the entire time. It shows their compassion for their work and for you to succeed. They celebrate your wins and check on you no matter if you have an assigned coach or not. I introduced one of my co-workers to try it and she fell in love. The atmosphere is set when you walk in and that makes such a difference for me. Great coaches, friendly owners, great place and friendly atmosphere for you to get on track with your goals and keep at it. I have learned that it takes some time to reach goal with consistency and commitment, and with the coaches encouraging you and following up on you, there is no way for you to fail. It's conveniently located near my home, so I have called it my second home away from home.

STVFBBC is awesome! I love how everyone is so motivated here from the owners, to the coaches, to the members! It makes working out a great experience when you have such a strong support group that wants to help you achieve your weight loss goals! The gym is always VERY clean and stocked up with supplements, workout attire, hydro flasks, and healthy and effective energy drinks! This place and the people will always take care of you! 10/10 would recommend!

I was overweight and needed motivation. This place is full of the energy I needed. I already lost 20 pounds and feel stronger than ever. This is not a magic formula. You work hard and see the results, but you do it in an awesome environment.
