Additional information: I rate Banfield 4.4. The receptionist staff are great and Julie Vet Tech is so caring and knowledgeable. Only thing they can do to improve the services is have more Doctors and be open to more one on one Visits. I'm sure they are working on that. Been using them on a plan for about 25 years. They were wonderful with my older cats 19-21 years. Now with a new baby they were great. I recommend Dr Gryl or Dr Henry. He is there on Friday only.
