(April 8, 2021, 1:10 pm)I have roadside three progressive auto insurance. Progressive Auto insurance contracted another towing company that never showed up. So when executive towing was contracted through progressive they were extremely understanding of the fact that I was already waiting for several hours. After speaking to them and the gentleman who is driving the tow truck they got there 40 minutes before the estimated wait time and was extremely professional. He was fast and very friendly and apologetic for a situation he had no business apologizing for but it comforted me. Whether or not I go through progressive for towing or any other reason I will always recommend your towing company. Thank you so much!!
