The Core Golf Academy

Troy is a great swing coach and club fitter. I had picked up Golf again after a 20 year hiatus. I was referred by a friend. He fitted me into some Mizunos, with which, a year-plus later, I am still in love. Also after three sessions with Troy, he not only had me back where I was before, but better than ever. He got me from the 90s or a hundred, into the low 80s, and 70s are on my radar. Now I’ve got my wife with him and he’s doing the same for her!

I was introduced to Troy through a brother of mine to be fitted for a set of clubs. Little I knew how my experience would be more than satisfactory than expected. Mr. Frazier naturally made me feel comfortable therefore I soaked everything he said from the start. Relationship is very important to me therefore I've gained a friend more than a fitter or professional in his field. If you're questioning any part of your golf game, I highly recommend Mr. Frazier. Troy at Core Golf Academy is an Outstanding Golf Instructor. I went to Troy for a fitting and after working with him to get a new, custom fitted set of Mizuno Irons and Cobra Woods. I decided to take lessons with him after my fitting since part of the process involved him getting my swing corrected before just picking clubs.
His philosophy and teaching method are the best that I have come across after taking lesson from other golf pros. Troy shows a genuine interest in seeing me improve, which I have greatly in my golf game, is professional, and always willing to work on my game with a positive attitude.
I would HIGHLY recommend Troy to anyone looking to increase their enjoyment in the game of golf. After all, playing better equals more fun on the course!

I have huge faith in Troy Frazier and the Core golf academy. I am from Minnesota and this is my fourth winter series of lessons with Troy. I have also been fit for clubs three times. Troy has a no nonsense, simple way of instructing and fitting. Each spring I have started the Minnesota senior tour tournament with a solid thought process and have had consistent ball striking which continued through the season. My performance has improved each year. I have observed Troy teaching and fitting players of all skill levels since I practice on a range where Troy teaches; he adapts his teaching to help both men and women players from very high to very low handicaps. He will make you a better player with just the right amount of discipline, humor, and respect.
