This past year we had a tenant who was evicted from our home. Of course prior to her eviction she destroyed our home. When we contacted our home insurance, they were not willing to assist us financially and offered us about 10% of the money that it would take to restore the home from all the damage the tenant had done. We were referred to JPL Claim Services by a friend. We worked with John. John by far has to be the best person that I have ever worked with! Not only did he work with the insurance company and was able to get us all our damage expenses covered but he followed up with us and he explained step by step what he was doing on his end and what we needed to do. We never had to follow up with him. He proactively would call and email us to tell us the next steps. We have never filed a claim for such extensive damage and it was so wonderful to have someone assist us step by step!
