we were so very pleasantly surprised when we walked into this office . we were new patients with our beautiful little 12 year old sheltie.and the staff and the vet could not have been kinder , patient. or more understanding.all of us including the furbaby were treated with the utmost respect. this office will now become our family vet and if anyone needs a new vet or is new to the area please note they are respecting face masking inside the office , the vets and office staff and just so loving to the animals. was very very impressed. on another note...this should never be about money when we love our furbabies...but i must say they are not money happy and try to push for unbnecessary tests. they deserve their 5 star rating. mrs m in florene az.

The people at ironwood animal hospital are amazing. I had to put my baby down last Monday. She had quickly declined in a week. My husband and I had called every single animal hospital we could call and everyone told us that they wouldn’t be able to help us until late afternoon or even until the next day. Although they were busy and we called day of to come in to do such a difficult procedure (for us) the people at ironwood allowed us to come in and not up charge us during an already hard time. They had options of cremating my baby or allowing us to take her home and to have a paw print to be done. They send the paw print in the mail with a card, which I appreciate. Highly recommend coming here for anything you need for your baby

We have been using Ironwood for 6 years. They are a very caring and loving vet. Since we have been going there we have had to put 2 of our senior cats down. They were very passionate and helpful during these difficult times. The last one was last Saturday. They explained how things would go and she told us everything she was doing and did it very slow. Our Baby Girl went very peacefully as we were petting her and talking to her. I highly recommend this Vet.They also have a payment plan to help
