“Hands down, one of the cleanest, prettiest campgrounds I've stayed in. Nice camp store with a small variety of cute souvenirs, refreshing pool and hot tub (yes, even in 98° heat), several outdoor kitchens with sinks, clean and level gravel sites for RVs and tents, clean dog run with rakes, shovels and a hose, gorgeous scenic views, game room...the list goes on. Camp hosts were lovely and wrapped up our purchase for shipping. Guests were quiet and friendly. My only regret is not staying longer.”

“Great park close enough to I-8 yet no freeway noise, about 4 miles west of City of Casa Grande where there's plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other services. This is an Escapees RV Club "members only" co-op park but you can join for under $40 annually online or on the phone, then you can enjoy all the services and discount parking the club has to offer at their approx 20 parks throughout the south and southwest. The fact that this is a co-op park means that the majority of the residents are leaseholders and as such they have a financial interest in the park and work on various committees and projects to keep the park looking and running great. They also have rental FHU sites and dry camp sites for short stay visitors. There is no cable tv in the park and wifi is available at an add'l fee, but Verizon has great coverage here. Laundry is very clean, and cheaper than most, clubhouse is open with daily coffee meets and social hours. Lots of scheduled activities. Lots are level gravel, many have concrete, nearly all have sheds should you decide to become a leaseholder.”

“We rented a lot from private owners, who were great. The park is well managed with very pleasant people. The amenities are nice, and all of our neighbors were nice and friendly. The only issue we found was the water it is very hard. Laundry difficult to get clean and rinsed at park's laundry facilities. But that is how the water is so most lot owners upgrade with water softeners and solve this problem. Will hopefully return, and will recommend to family friends and coworkers.”

“Nice laid back and quiet RV Park... BEWARE OF COMPETITOR WILD WEST RV PARK SPREADING INACCURATE AND LIBELOUS RUMORS UNDER FALSE NAME REVIEWS.. THESE ARE COMPLETELY FALSE AND WE KNOW SINCE WE'VE LIVED HERE 2 1/2 YEARS!!!! We have found the management VERY ACCOMMODATING and RESPONSIBLE. Been here since October '17 and no significant problems at all. Well pump broke once and owner hauled water over the entire weekend to make sure there was at least adequate water until repaired. Nice neighbors and absolutely beautiful scenery abounds. Honestly we have found a larger group of really great folks that live here full time. John Wayne used to own this park decades ago and so it's an old park but the prices are extremely reasonable and you won't find a better price anywhere within at least 100 miles.. Still today.. Great place”

“We stayed here a few years ago for a couple months and loved the quiet. Felt safe. Day& night. We just helped a family member move their RV to Buddy's and see they have made some improvement to the road throughout the park & installed a small dog run. If you're looking for a resort with amenities (& high price tag) this isn't your place. But if you want a safe, quiet, friendly, budget spot then look here! Chase the manager has gone ABOVE & beyond with his assistance and we really appreciate him.”

“Very nice park. They are constantly upgrading the infrastructure and the appearance of the park. I've talked to some of the administration and they are friendly and professional. I have recommended it to others. I feel compelled to provide an update to my previous posting so as to not mislead anybody. It appears that in the last month or so, the appearance of the park has gone down hill. I see broken down vehicles in a number of places. One looks as though it caught fire right where it is. Another area has two or three vehicles broken down, expired tags, and flat tires. On the other side of the park there is a crunched up vehicle sitting behind a mo old home. Back to the other side is a large pile of debris in an pty space and back toward the front is a large oil stain on the asphalt. Now I see truck tool boxes on wooden spools, old sofas on the patios, and discarded furniture in front of some of the trailers. For the last eighteen months prior to this, this park took pride in the appearance. This does not seem to be the case now. I do so apologize if I mislead anybody before. Thank you.”

“I love this place my friend and I usually frequent this place for its quaint and quietness, also it has very little light in the sky reflecting so you can see all of the meteor showers and globular clusters to the naked eye in the sky. One thing it does lack is lighting for all spots of camping. Only some campsites have light.”

“My wife, son, and I stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting relatives who were snowbirding in the 55+ park nextdoor. The sites are quite spacious and the grounds and facilities are clean and well kept. They have a large fenced off leash dog area, heated pool, hot tub, a nice clubhouse with board games, pool table, ping pong and small workout room. The only thing I would say this place is missing would be a playground. I work remotely using cellular data, the Verizon service was not enough for me to work from but the T-Mobile service was great, I was able to work with no issues including video conferences. My family and I will absolutely stay here again in future while visiting.”

“Not happy. Since new ownership, we've gotten empty promises. Hot tub broken forever. Probably almost a good year. Pool closed for stupid reasons. Besides these 2 items what else is there.!!?? Promised to reduce speed bumps, own trash bins on our personal lot, not happening yet. But to me its the hot tub issue. & to top it, our rents was raised. The young woman manager is awesome. It's not her fault.”
