This credit union still has that “small town feel.” Everyone has been really helpful and very nice. Now, does it have everything the bigger banks have? Of course not. You are supporting a smaller credit union when you bank here. The trade off is excellent customer service and and a more personalized banking experience. “A temporary worker was apparently making a decent amount of delivery errors due in part to short-staffing this location is experiencing, I was affected by this and I was very upset. I filed a claim and a person at this office got right to me (via phone) and let me air some grievances and then helped me figure out what to do next. Further, the rest of the team at this office were also very diligent and kind in trying to help me navigate what the next steps would possibly be. The package I was expecting was somewhat expensive but more importantly of very sentimental value to me so I was really sweatin’ it hard. I ended up coming in to check if someone turned in said package and I ended up speaking with a supervisor. I was able to let him know my feelings on the matter; he received my statements and questions warmly, kindly, and patiently. It helped me be able to regulate the stress of the situation a lot easier- the feeling of being heard while not being totally (or in this case at all) blown off is hugely comforting. The other MVP here is our regular carrier- when they returned, they went above and beyond and actually found my package and delivered it to me today (thanks in part to the folks that received by mistake it and wrote “NOT MY HOUSE” lol). Thanks to this office for giving it a rounded try to find my very important package.”

“I had extreme abdominal pain due to umbilical hernia. The pain was so excruciating and unbearable. When my husband pulled up to the entryway, I was vomiting uncontrollably. They got me in through a wheelchair. While we were signing up the pain was so bad I had to lay down on the floor of the waiting room. The whole time the front desk woman was being very patient and reassuring that they were getting a bed prepared. A nurse came to the waiting room to check my vitals and also to let me know that they were preparing a room as fast as they could. The room was clean and comfortable and everyone was so very kind. When you're in excruciating pain like that, there is nothing more calming then the kind staff. I was seen by the doctor and ordered pain medication and again, the doctor and everyone where so kind to me. I really was frightened and in so much pain. The kindness helped so much. They met all of my needs to the best of their ability and the doctor was able to push my hernia back in and that relieved all of my pain immediately. I am so very grateful for my experience, especially when things were feeling and looking as dire as they were. The doctor was very kind and the nurses too. It was a great experience.i do not with to have to go to the ER again, but after tonight I feel very confident if anything happens In the future.”

I didn't listen to him for a whole year about going with bifocals or progressives but it's so inconvenient to constantly take on and off glasses. So I finally listened to him. I also like the eye scan that they do since it test for eye diseases... very good to know that the eyes are healthy from the scan.”
