“I have been coming in here a lot lately as I live down the street. I sometimes sit and do work for hours so I for sure can say I spend tons of time in this Einstein’s. Every time I come I am impressed. Every. Single. Time. The staff is SO NICE! Especially the manager - at least I assume he is the manager - he is always going out of his way to help people and make them feel welcome. The food is always great and I have never had an issue with my order. The one time I saw an issue with someones order here was it took a bit to long - mind you the guy was not getting impatient at all - and they sincerely apologized and told him to pick a sweet for the inconvenience. That’s what they do here...go above and beyond because they are amazing at customer service. Not after the fact when someone is mad. Bottom line is I love this place. I wish more places would take a hint from here. Keep up the good work guys!!”

“My wife and I had never been to this location. We were there for breakfast and our experience was very nice. The service was fast, the waitress attentive and the food delicious. We shared the avocado omelet and added corn beef hash. Those were some of the best corn beef hash we have had in a long time. But the best surprise were the croissants! As good as any croissant we have had in Europe, just the right recipe. Highly recommended.”

Depending on when you go you can get discounted prices I believe, ask the shop and find out, do me a favor please. My breakfast today consisted of ham cheese egg and bacon on a croissant that IMO, can only be topped by turkey & cheese on a kaiser roll with eggs over easy. We received so many compliments from our party goers young and old. Both cakes were adorable and tasted delicious! Owner is super attentive to detail. She took the time to work with me to prioritize the design utilizing my preferred choice of frosting and customize the cakes design. “This place is AMAZING! I'm so glad I gave it a try. Clean, bright, trendy minimalist decor with some of the BEST donuts I've ever had! The coffee, boba, tea, and sandwiches are all great too (and very affordable). I was surprised to find this gem on the west side near me and I really hope more people give it a try. The black milk tea is a fave and my friends love the fruit smoothies. Staff is extremely friendly and good natured.”
