“This is a rare review for airport food. In fact, it was “good.” Nothing wrong, but it’s rather hard to mess up bacon and eggs. This review, instead, is about friendly service received from “Mark” at the counter. It’s 6am. He’s probably been here since 3am or so- but you’d never know it. Mark greeted everyone he saw with a “Good morning, sir!”’(or ma’am) and a smile. He asked me where I was going, how my day was, and if I was coming back to Phoenix. He actually took the extra moment to bring my food to me rather than set it on the counter and while doing so gave a couple of unruly kids a piece of candy to quiet them down. It is sad how rare service and an attitude like this are, but it was pleasant for this weekly traveler to see. Kudos, Mark. You’re a rare bird.”

“My first time here was great!! There were only two people working during the lunch rush, so we waited about 10-15 minutes for our drinks, but it was understandable! I noticed a lot of people were ordering their "usuals" which consisted of a sandwich and a drink. There are definitely regulars that come here offen! The milk tea was great! We ordered a Taro milk tea with rainbow jelly and a mango milk tea plain. They were both delicious!!”

“Chose this place for my birthday brunch with my hubby. You order at the counter and get a number but other than that it is full customer service at the table. Great staff who are courteous, friendly, and look like they may, in fact, enjoy their job. The portions are huge. Everything, literally everything, was delicious on my plate and hubs. Two words: pepper drops. Loved them in the side salad. Great atmosphere. Nice, updated design and comfortable seating. Two can dine for under $20. Update - went back for dinner and was just as good but twice the price.”
