I didn't pay it too much attention as that phrase is thrown around a lot but rarely backed-up, at least from my experiences. He backed it up and it was a nice surprise. I also noticed that he is a good manager. I told him I wanted to show my appreciation somehow and his response was "sure, you can buy the guys in the shop a gatorade, they do all the hard work, they'd like that".
