“Not the 1st time Jim saved our butt! This time our AC in our motorcoach went out in the middle of a HOT AZ. night. Called Jim next morning, he explained over the phone how to get AC back online temporarily. Ordered the part that morning and came out in 110* and installed the part. Mind you... this was Friday of Labor Day weekend! Very RV knowledgeable, even explained how our coach splits and uses amperage for all of our appliances. “Don Lalo is more than an auto repair and tire shop. I visited this location only thinking about my car getting fixed but left with more than I could imagine. The hospitality and honesty that the owner and her husband gave me was enough for me to know this was the all-in-one mom & pop repair shop that I hope to see 50 years down the line still running strong. “Eduardo was amazing! I live in Texas and wasn't thinking of the time when i contacted him early in the morning. My parent's vehicle broke down in AZ the night before. They were able to pull it in to a QT gas station but the vehicle was done done... “Pulled into Apache Junction one afternoon only to discover my engine had an oil leak. Driving an Alfa motorhome on a Freightliner chassis, with a Mercedes Benz engine. Called all Freightliner and other brand name shops. They might be able to get it in 2 weeks from now. Called R C G, Ryan answered, said he would be there in 2 hrs!!!!! He came right on time. Very professional, knew what the problem was very quickly. Had us fixed in no time at all. We even scheduled for an oil change and service when we come back thru in January !!!! I worked with Denise and she was so helpful, patient, and willing to take extra steps to make sure I had everything I needed when purchasing my vehicle. I had reached out on a Friday to ask about a car they had on the lot, she emailed and called me quickly, we text back and forth a little, did all the negotiations via email over the course of that afternoon l, and I drove in Saturday morning to buy the car. It was clean, ready to go, and the entire process took less than hour (unheard of!). Denise even went above and beyond to help me get the windshield replaced at no cost to me (it was a pre-owned car that had chips that were filled).
