Charlie (owner) gave me an estimate and when to bring in my car. The car needed an engine due to my gentle driving technique, Wesley took my car and all the parts I had gathered during the time it was down and waiting. He has been very meticulous taking it apart and putting it back together. I am very satisfied so far with the progress made on my car. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my entire visit - they came to check on me regularly and took my items to the front so I didn’t have to carry them the whole time. They held my big items so I could come back with a truck and THEN they even helped me load it. That is what I call true customer service. They made me feel like I was the only customer there (but trust me, I wasn’t). It feels like a true personal shopping experience. Wish I had been shopping here years ago. This place is a must see!!!”
