“Called in for information on a 22 Tacoma for a bakflip bed cap and side steps. Parts were in stock set appointment. Wife and I drove in expecting a 3-4 hour time frame as we were early. Checked in walked to a nearby motorcycle shop and browsed for an hour. Returned to see them working on the truck. We went inside and about 30 minutes later I said I’m going to go out to watch for awhile. By the time I got out of the door they were pulling the truck out. He walked me over to look at it then inside to pay. There was a slight discrepancy with the amount so the second guy talked with Nate who looked at the computer and said yup it didn’t get the proper discount. No hassle problem solved. Two hours later instead of four we were heading out. Great place, great service from everyone especially Nate.”

They are always professional and honest about cost and price of repairs. They are also very quick about getting me in to help fix both large and small repairs. They are so honest that when a repair need to be done that happened to have a recall from the dealer, they told me take it in for the recall rather than spend money on something that would cost me to have had them fix. “I ordered some control panel plates for a miller bobcat 225g welder. This was for a customer of mine. The plates arrived within good time. I will say the print/engraving of the plates quality wise was very good as you can see by the pictures. The old plates we completely useless. When i got the new plates in, I noticed that the plates did not line up with the mounting holes and control holes. I did contract them about this and I was informed that there are many variations and that I have a different variation that what they had on file for their templates.I was also informed that if I would send them the old plates they would restore them. I can understand about the different variations to a certain degree. Being a mechanic I am very familiar with how different variations can be from one vehicle to the next. Its very similar to how RPO codes work on vehicles. I would greatly wished this information was passed along to me during the ordering process or after the order was received prior to manufacturing. I am unable to use this product for my customer (well former customer now) I am not here to air out my business relations. I do want this to be a buyer beware. If you are going to order welder control panel plates from here you need to make sure you get in contact with them prior to the order and get all the information you will need to them so you can avoid this issue. I thought that just supplying the model number and serial number would have sufficed however I was wrong. I have given a good review because i know how hard online reviews can damage a business. Please don't make a hastily purchase just because the picture looks right.”
