“I love to come to Bath And Body Works in the Norterra area whenever I have time to! Many various items to choose from and very good smelling. The staff is pretty welcoming and the store isn't crowded. I always used to go to the one in Arrowhead Mall but I found out that there was one here, closer to where I live actually and that helped a lot. A little expensive but still so worth it to buy. If you're trying to find a nearby retail store selling soaps, lotions, fragrances, and candles then you should definitely go to this one.”

But there are renovations going on inside the store to make it even bigger and better... hopefully the renovations will be done quickly as it does make the store is suffer in space! I DO look forward to visiting the store when renovations are done!! clothing and shoes can be pricey so expect to spend at least $100+ in this store... Although some items may seem expensive you ARE PAYING for quality!!! These boots are more than sturdy and long lasting... The last pair I had purchased lasted at least 3+ years and was priced around $300!! I do wish the clothing/ jewelry could be brought down a little bit ... still you can't beat the quality of the product!!”

The employee who answered the phone was very nice and gave me all the details to ensure that the return went smoothly: bring receipt and credit card used, and she noted the time the store closed, to be sure things worked out. When I got to the store (no thanks to Google Maps which put me in a residential neighborhood!) a different employee waited on me. She was pleasant and professional.
