“This Walgreens is the most busiest store, I have ever seen in Arizona! When I have questions about my medication the employees in the Pharmacy department are very helpful. In particular, one employee named Micaela is a very nice young lady, she has been the most helpful and professional she deserves a raise! The volume of people compared to employees is very lopsided. Corporate needs to either raise the pay of employees like Micaela or hire more employees!”

“It’s a gas station people. They are not known for customer service. If you’re a regular, you will come to know and like the cashiers. They used to be more permanent except recently there seems to be a lot of turnover in the last ~6 months. It’s one of the cleanest Circle Ks I have been in, you feel safe (it’s next to a police station), and you don’t feel like you’ve caught a disease touching things.”

“My car overheated today so I parked at Circle K to cool down and to get some oil and water. Niko was a great help and checked on me a few times to make sure I had everything under control. (I had no idea what I was doing) He also helped me put some water in my car and checked my oil level for me. I was there for an hour or so at 6am, it was freezing and no customers offered to help me (23 y/o female) so it was really relieving when Niko offered to help! I pass this place twice a day to and from work so I will definitely start gassing up there more often!”

“The gas prices are always low and the location is very convenient to me. Tonight, I was filling up and washing my windshield when a nice man who worked there asked me how the squeegee was working for me. I said it's ok, but nothing great.... He said stop right there - I will clean it for you. He went and got a professional type window cleaner and did a marvelous job cleaning my windshield. His name is Sampson and I wanted to send my thanks to him again. It's great staff like that that can make a customer feel really special.”

“This location is my neighborhood Walgreen’s and we have shopped here for many years. Many employees have been at this store for years or have worked for another Walgreen’s store. Therefore, the employees are knowledgeable about their products. We have always had great customer service even on the rare occasion that we’ve had a refund or exchange. With three daughters we buy a lot of products in health and beauty and the ladies at the cosmetics counter greet them personally and help them find precisely what they are looking for. This store is clean, well stocked, and well managed. The pharmacy is run very efficiently and even new pharmacy technicians are well supported by veteran staff while they learn the ropes. We have also used the photo department for gifts and have never had a single issue in terms of quality and cost effective choices. Last, we have used the health clinic from time to time and are very pleased with the staff and ease of service. For all of these reasons, we’ve rated this store, it’s management and staff a five out of five stars.”

“This is my main circle k. The manager Will, is amazing!! Since he came to the store, it is clean, well kept, and smooth running Visiting for coffee and snacks is one of the highlights of my day. “I was here with my friend, who turns 90 in January. We worked at the photo kiosk to create her Christmas cards. This process, though confusing at times, was made much easier with the help of the Walgreens photo angels, especially Angie! She remembered helping us last year! Angie stayed with us to help us through ALL the challenges with picture placement, cropping and font resulting in a beautiful product. She really went beyond our highest expectations! The rest of the staff was wonderful too, from alerting us to money saving coupons in the candy aisle to the lady in the liquor section who offered to get a chair for my friend. This Walgreens is beyond 5 ???? for excellence in customer service!”
