“Update: It has now been a about 2 months under Dr. Kerr’s treatment. 4 root canal/repair treatments later and all is good. Dr. Kerr even observed something he did not like with 1 of the repairs and brought it to my attention. I did not notice an issue. He did some more repair. I just got the stiches out today. I would highly recommend Dr. Kerr based on his professionalism and the effort he puts into assuring the patient understands the risk reward with the procedure.”

“I've been coming to this MD for years! They really do have a great crew, especially in the drive- thru! They usually get really busy, but the staff does a good job keeping up. I don't really like it too much when they have you move out of the drive-thru to wait for your food every single time. I think it's rude because it's my turn and I paid my money like the guy behind me. Then I have to wait for someone to notice my order and bring it to my car. They are not always on it either because it is busy inside too. (It was just a dbl cheese burger) It's not like it's going to take another 20 minutes for my cheeseburger to be cooked. It's literally another two minutes which is what, 120 seconds more? I'm willing to wait a little bit more behind someone for my food. I've worked drive-thrus in my younger years and mine was one of the fastest and most accurate. Waiting 2 minutes and 35 seconds 23 minutes is the correct wait time. Five minutes is the max. It shows more value towards your customer if you don't push them out of line. I could see it happening periodically but not becoming the norm as it has at this store. They've actually asked me move when there was nobody behind me. I politely said, no I will wait since there's no one behind me and I can just leave, and the young lady looked like I just kicked her puppy or something 😂 My order was ready just a few seconds later and I said, See, now was that hard? Relax and enjoy your job! Everything is going to be alright! 🤗”

Several times in my life Dr.Bedoya has went above and beyond to help my community and even my mother when he did free clinics for Native American Dentures. And today was no different. I have a 6 month plan to fix my failing teeth due to chemotherapy, my front teeth are the very last thing. Today ge did a build up on them to make them look better. FREE ON HIS LUNCH BREAK ! Because he could see I was suffering, not just physically but mentally. I lost my hair breast and teeth in one year. He could see how I feel ashamed. Even tho it's not my fault. In a world were everyone is is seen as a number or a profit. It is refreshing to see a doctor/dentist that genuinely cares and loves what he does.
