“I am giving 5 stars because of Andrea, I want to say publicly that her customer service was world class. I went today the lady at the desk was extremely rude, she barely said hello to me did not listen when I told her I was there before, she did not want to make eye contact and proceeded to tell me I had no insurance without asking me, when I asked her why she was so rude, she said she did not want to deal with me because I was rude. She is clearly not suited to deal with customers, but I believe she chooses who she wants to be nice to. Andrea overheard our exchange and she came in like an Angel. Andrea found my insurance, spoke to me and treated me with dignity and respect. I manage over 350 people and I would never accept the way the young lady treated me from any of my employees. I have travelled to Europe and Asia and I am telling you Andrea is world class. I suggest Customer service training for the other lady. Andrea thank you for sincerity and kindness.”

Since a urine sample was needed, the receptionist was kind enough to give me a bottle of water so I could leave one. After I gave them the urine sample, the doctor examined me and called in a prescription to Walgreens. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful as was her staff. I would recommend Gateway Urgent Care without reservation.”
