“Anyone who writes a bad review about Ferguson clearly has miscommunication or wanting something that they do not offer. There are rules to obtaining medication, and other test. This is not Burger King where you get to have it your way. These are the nicest Doctor/Nurse Practitioner and would never do anything intentionally to upset someone. The bad reviews are not fair and clearly the patient was trying to obtain something they could not do or have. They have walk-in appointments almost daily so any "issues" that took weeks to resolve could have been done during those times twice a day. 7:30am-8am and 1pm-1:30pm. I hope this clears up any bad reviews on here. They do not deserve it. None of them. The staff and everyone are natural good humans trying to help other humans the best they can.”

One thing I will say is that I had to get a doctor’s note twice because of accidents at work and when I visited the second time Krista Hawkins who had seen me the previous time was kind of judgmental and snotty like I had done something wrong. At this point I’m over it but it wasn’t professional. The front desk is always respectful and helpful on the contrary.”
