We went to Emery Hearing Center and met with Lyndsey Buchanan. She took great care of my brother and found that his hearing aids were not loud enough so they were acting more like "ear plug" rather than hearing aids. She cleaned them, turned them up and instructed my brother on how to take care of them. Wow! He was a new man on the way home: singing to songs on the radio and answering all my questions with more than a smile and a nod. I so appreciate the time and care Lyndsey took with us. Now the $4000 hearing aids are being used again.”
