“I have reviewed this place 5 stars before and I will do it again! Paws always goes above and beyond to help make the best experience possible for you and your pets. I was a little nervous to hear that they were providing curbside pickup of your pets and that you wouldn’t be able to go in with your pets at this time, they would be calling to go over a treatment plan. Since I have 2 dogs I scheduled appointments at 10:50 and 11:30, they went ahead and took both of my dogs in together to make things a little bit easier for us and my pups. They stayed in constant communication calling me 5 times while my pets were being treated to give me updates about what they were doing and go over my possible treatment plans. They are always super transparent about what is deemed necessary and what is deemed optional, even over the phone they did an exceptional job still maintaining the same service they do when you meet with them in person. I want to thank them for continuing to always go above and beyond for my pets and for me to ease my mind that my pets are well cared for. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are new to the area or looking to change up your vet to a new one this is the place to go.”

“I first met Dr. Reitz when I was going in for a consult to have my gallbladder removed. The meeting was quick as she was busy in between surgeries, but I felt like she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. My HIDA scan proved that my gallbladder was barely functioning, so we set a date to have it removed. The day of surgery went well and I was only in the operating room for about an hour. The surgical center is not overcrowded and I felt at east with my nurse and anesthesiologist as well. Although I didn't consciously see her a lot, Dr. Reitz helped me feel better after a year of suffering with a confusing diagnosis by removing my gallbladder without any complications. My pain is gone, and I hardly take acid reflux pills any more.”
