I didn't have my dental insurance information handy so Nancy researched my insurance and providing me with options. Unfortunately my obscure insurance plan wouldn't work. Nancy insisted I still meet with Dr. Prost for a consultation at no cost. Dr. Prost examined my broken tooth and offered to file the sharp edges to relieve my pain. Dr. Prost did a great job in just moments. I was reluctant to accept their offer feeling I had already taken to much of their time, glad I did though. Nancy took a few moments to explain to me Dr. Prost's work in the neighborhood and community, offering special programs to those truly in need of services, very impressive. My A1-c has dropped 2 full points keeping my kidney Numbers under control at the same time. When my pharmacy misplaced my prescriptions Dr T was right on top of it even after hours.
