“To make it short the only issue that I had is that the exam order documents is not given to patients instead they just tell you to call them back to give the fax number for them to fax it to the labs/clinics to make the appointment to the exams. The place where to do the exam clinics asked what exam you are needing and asked for the type and the codes of exams well I don't know all that info because I didn't get a copy of order for exam. I'm on the phone explaining and it's a bit frustrating and waste of time.”
