“I was tasked to get my daughter a new phone because hers broke. I think this is phone 5. There was so much info they needed that I didn’t have-pin,password,etc,etc. Jackie, a wonderful and knowledgeable young lady tried so hard to help me. We even worked with another Metro office 35 miles away. Long story short, I got a cashiers check to pay for the phone over at my daughters Metro office. Know I had spent 2 hours and then 45 minutes over to her store. They did not take checks! Really? My store at Union Hills and 7th Street made a bad day better. The one on Brown Road in Mesa did not want to help in any way. Wouldn’t call a supervisor to see if they could take my check. They even told me to go cash the cashiers check made out to Metro PCS. She did not know that was illegal. Jackie thank you so much for your patience and fantastic customer service. You could teach the staff at my daughter’s Metro store about customer service. I’ll be back to your store.”

“In 2008 I had the pleasure to meet William Hammers. I had brought him several video tapes my son had taken when he was deployed in Ramadi, Iraq. Bill was able to chronologically transfer the video tapes to DVDs, clean up the sound and provide several extra copies at a reasonable rate. Eleven years later, I reached out to him again about a cassette tape from 1975 that recorded my grandfather playing several stringed instruments along with him singing. Again, Mr. Hammers was able to clean up the sound and make the transfer to a disk. In both instances his work quality was wonderful and timely. At the time I met him in 2008 I lived in Phoenix AZ, now I live in Houston TX and regardless where I move next, if I come across any other tapes that need transferred, Altissimo Recording Studios is where I will go.”
